I understand that plans can change. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in the forfeiture of the retainer or be subject to a cancellation fee. In the event of severe weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, I will work with you to find a new date that works for everyone. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your booking.
